Additional Educational Needs

Our school has an Additional Educational Needs department to assist students with specific physical and learning requirements. We will endeavour to educate students with physical disabilities within school facilities and environmental constraints. 

 Our pupils range in abilities, from gifted and talented to those requiring additional support. We do our best to support children with learning difficulties with an inclusion policy in most mainstream classes. Withdrawal from any subject is decided by the pupil, parents, and teachers. 

 If you know of any additional needs your child has, please let the school know before admission. Children undergo specific assessments after admission, or parents may be asked to take the child to external specialists. 

 If we find that a child’s individual needs cannot be fully met within our school, we will work closely and sensitively with parents to explore the best next steps and offer recommendations for alternative educational providers that will effectively support their child’s continued growth and success.
