BGE Students Represent

14th March 2023

On Sunday 12th March, six of our year 7s and 8s became the first-ever BGE students to take part in the IAPS Nairobi vs Upcountry representative fixtures.

BGE is part of 'Nairobi East' along with Peponi House and Kenton College. At the IAPS U13 tournaments, the best players from these schools are selected to form a team that takes on 'Nairobi West' (BGR, Hillcrest, The Banda) and 'Upcountry' (St Andrew's, Pembroke House) teams.

Amelie, Tiffany and Julie represented the girls' Nairobi East team, winning one match and losing the other.

Samuel, Jesse and Jules represented the boys' Nairobi East team, winning both of their matches and being crowned champions of IAPS Kenya!

Well done to all of our players on a fantastic hockey season!
