EYU- Maths in Nature

The FS2 children have been exploring counting through their natural environment. This week, they went on a treasure walk where they collected a range of natural materials from their beautiful environment with a wide range of flora. The children then sorted out their natural treasures and counted how many they had in each set, then matched the sets of objects to numerals. They had so much fun exploring Maths in nature.
