IAPS Mathematics challenge

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

We would like to take this opportunity to celebrate the success of our students who represented BGE in the IAPS (The Independent Association of Prep Schools) Mathematics challenge, held at Kenton College on Wednesday 5th October.

Each year group, from Year 3 to Year 8, had two teams of two students competing, whose scores are combined to have a total for U9, U11 and U13. BGE competed against Kenton College, The Banda, Braeburn School, Peponi House, Braeburn Mombasa, Hillcrest, Brookhouse, Pembroke House and St Andrew's Turi.

We are extremely proud to announce the following results:
Under 9 category: (Navdeep, Liam, Ayaan, Casper, Emma, Naomi, Yusuf, Viaan) - Second Place (joint)
Under 11 category: (Azaad, Shanay, Sebastian, Lara, Lance, Isaac, Kavee, Levi) - First Place
Under 13 category: (Tyler, Essien, Amar, Salome, Ethan, Kanana, Didier, Batian) - Second Place

With a combined total from all age groups, BGE finished in first place overall. Congratulations to all those involved!
