Kenya Theatre Awards

IB2 student Kendi, was representing BGE in fantastically glamorous fashion at the Annual Kenya Theatre Awards this week. Kendi picked up the award for the Best performance by a female actor in a supporting role in a musical: Kendi Waimiri- Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. BGE had also been nominated in two other categories: Best Children's Play and Best Musical Theatre Production.
Also attending the event were two of the JATATDC directors Ms. Muriuki and Mrs Attard.
