Report on orienteering by Mia

On Friday morning Year 5 at BGE had Infinity Outdoors come in to school and set up an orienteering circuit for us. After choosing our groups of three with the students from our class, we were given our maps and we had to work together to find the hidden markers around the campus. There were three different courses, which ranged in difficulty, testing our map reading skills. The markers were very well hidden, for instance one was hidden under a bridge and another higher in a tree. We had a fantastic morning and can't wait for another opportunity to do orienteering again.
