U13 Inter-House Football Tournaments

The girls and boys Inter-House Football tournaments took place on Wednesday, with heavy rain threatening to end the tournament before it had begun. Fortunately, the clouds parted just in time for the eagerly-awaited battle between Athene, Poseidon, Zeus and Artemis to take place.

In the girls tournament, Zeus were simply untouchable - beating all three of their opponents with relative ease. The final points totals were:

Zeus (Champions): 9 points

Poseidon: 6 points

Artemis: 5 points

Athene: 3 points

The boys tournament saw each House field two teams, with the total scores from all 12 matches added together to give an overall House points total. It was much the same story as the girls tournament; Zeus swept aside their opponents to take a resounding victory. The final points totals were:

Zeus (Champions): 20 points

Artemis: 9 points

Athene: 7 points

Poseidon: 6 points
