Year 5 English - writing newspaper articles

In English this week, Year 5 pupils have been learning about and writing newspaper articles. All our work has been based on our class reader ‘The Last Wolf’ by Michael Morpurgo. We began by creating a ‘Wanted’ poster for a character in the book, then planned and wrote a newspaper article about the crime that was committed. We had a lot of fun in our lessons
