Year 9 Scholars Announced

I am very pleased to announce that, following a long and difficult process, two of our year 8 students have been awarded scholarships as they move into year 9 in August.
Shiro Muiruri and Khaleel Lalji demonstrated not only academic excellence, but also dedication, skill and humility in areas of excellence; drama for Khaleel Lalji and sports for Shiro Muiruri. Congratulations to both Khaleel and Shiro, but also to all the candidates who applied for the scholarships and performed so well as they undertook, interviews and tasks in such a fashion as to make the final decision such a challenge.
Scholarships for entry onto the IB courses will be based, in part on the results of the applicants' IGCSE results and will therefore be announced at a later date.
