BTEC Students’

Our year 12 BTEC students were recently hosted by Kantar, world leading data, insights and consulting company. The sessions were led by seasoned market researchers including the company MD Daniel Oseman and Operations director Jain Dharmendra. Among the areas covered included market research methods used by Kantar, execution of market research projects, quality control in marketing research and careers within the marketing research field. This visit deepened the students’ understanding of the market research content and will enable them complete Unit 22: Marketing research, one of the key units in their BTEC course. In addition, this visit helped to shape their career options. We hope to build a long term relationship with this firm and others to include work experience opportunities for our students.
