Year 3 Trip

In history, we have been learning about the Stone age and we were able to visit some caves dating back to millions of years ago and which were used by the Mau Mau during the struggle for independence. We enjoyed a nature walk, during which we saw a waterfall and a stream. We also had a boat ride around the lake and some of the pupils had a go at paddling. Afterwards, we enjoyed a picnic lunch before having fun at their huge playground where the pupils took turns on the slides, swings, trampoline and sand area.
